Executive Chef

Kateiba is not your average Island chef. She is native of one of the southern Islands in the Caribbean (Curacao) and started her cooking journey at a young age.

She started with her grandmother having her own bakery ( bread, cakes and local sweets) learning at a young age how to measure and put recipe’s together. As she was getting older she got more acquainted with the cooking skills that her mother has. She did not only cook for the house but had also her own food business. Cooking local cuisines and selling this to locals and tourist coming to the island.

As a young adult Chef Kateiba went to Europe to do her college and traveled around learning new cultural food and cooking techniques with locals. She had the opportunity to cook divers cultural cuisines like Spanish, French, Indian and Italian food. Her experience is not only European based she also has south America, north America and other Caribbean islands cooking experiences.

These days Kateiba continues to work on gathering other cuisines experiences and infusing cultural food together to provide a explosive and delightful experience for your tastebuds.
